令人忍俊不禁的adwords广告

今天看到zac的最新博文讲到一个好玩的adwords广告，在新加坡搜索“keywords”的时候，出现麦当劳的外卖广告，我看完后搜了一下，发现该广告还在：

这些令人捧腹的ppc广告其实并不少见，比如现在搜索“kill a cop”，查看us的结果，可以看到：

这里我也分析一下为什么会出现这种广告的原因，我绝对相信我的账户里面也有不少这种“不靠谱”的关键词。

主要原因有两种: 购买了不靠谱的关键词；广告采用了google的keyword inserting。

关键词是online marketing的最小单位，我不觉得麦当劳的online marketing操作人员会觉得“keywords”会是他们应该购买的一个关键词。我猜测他应该是个勤快但是不够仔细的人。为什么这么说呢？

这里要提到google的个性化，这种趋势是越来越明显的。如果在google上搜索，登录和不登录gmail两种状态下，得到ppc结果有的时候会有差别，我经常看到排名上的差别。而在内容网络，你看到的结果会更加个性化一点。随着google behavior targeting的进一步强大，可以预见，我们的搜索体验会越来越个性化。

google何以做到这一点？非常简单，你搜索过什么，点击过什么，浏览过什么，下载过什么；一句话，google在观察你，google试图了解你，然后给你你更感兴趣的…

回到原来的话题，我们来想象一下产生这个现象的经过：新加坡有个人，曾经点过麦当劳的adwords广告。有一天快中午午餐时间，他搜索了“keywords”想找几个关键词研究网站，然后google根据他的历史记录，提供了麦当劳的adwords外送广告，当然广告并不是诸位现在看到的这个样子（起码标题不会是“keywords”），提醒了这个人可以选择点麦当劳做中餐，他刚好点了，并且下了单。过了一段时间，麦当劳的ppc操作员按惯例看了一下最近adwords的转化情况，做了一下优化，并且跑了raw query报表，将有转化但没有买的关键词都购买下来，但是没有仔细看每一个关键词。这是ppc一种常见的优化方法。所以“keywords”这个“不靠谱”的关键词就被购买了，又采用了keyword inserting，所以广告文字就如大家看到的这种情况啦…

当然实际情况可能有很多场景会不一样，我主要是从实际经验出发来讲述产生这个现象的最有可能原因。其实只要仔细一点，就可以避免这种情况的出现。不过很多大型的ppc账户因为关键词数量级非常之庞大，不可能一个个关键词去判断，很多时候都是根据自己卖什么用个性化的方法灵活解决，但是很多时候做不到万无一失。

    是的，的确是这样。
    百度目前也有这种情况，曾经搜索的词或者曾经看过的页面，再次使用的时候，会随机被百度分配展示出来。

      这个我想回一下，我觉得这是必然的趋势。对用户，对google，对广告商都是一种更好的趋势。用户可以得到更好的体验。google可以获得更高的收入。广告商可以更加精确的定位到他们想要的目标客户。
      另外google获得的隐私应该是对不上具体的每一个人的。

    Google的访问记录确实很强大（大得都不敢用了，生怕干点什么坏事儿被记录在案，哈哈）。
    cookie的应用太广泛了，包括ClickBnak、eBay affiliate等也都是靠这个记录访客信息并保存一定的时间。
